At this time we are not able to accept returns on this item. If however you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us and we will work with you to rectify the situation.

In general we try to use the USPS Flat Rate, as they are the most cost effective, however if you are in a small town we sometimes choose to ship UPS as they are more reliable when it comes to more remote areas.

We can arrange curbside pickup for you if you are in New York City or in the Hudson, NY area. Please email us at: ourpoetryofplace@gmail.com with curbside pick up in the subject line.
